No, SyncHub is read-only by design. Your data is synced one-way from Projectworks, and cannot be synced back.
The ability of Claude to answer ad-hoc queries makes our connector incredibly versatile. But in many cases - particularly in agentic workflows - you need assurance that today's report will mimic the same logic as yesterday's. Our Universal MCP Connector provides additional endpoints that return pre-built queries, based on our Queries and Insights modules.
First or all, our Universal MCP Connector lets you get the results of queries that you have preconfigured (using our Queries and Insights modules).
But - more importantly - we provide a general-purpose query endpoint which lets you query your Projectworks data in an unlimited number of ways. This differs from other MCP Servers, which only provide a handful of pre-built MCP tools from which you can query.
Yes! We charge for syncing your business data connections, but (assuming you connect your own AI Model*) we there is no additional fee for then using our MCP Server to access your data.
* We encourage people to connect their own Claude account to drive their queries, but if you don't have your own account, we provide one for you at a small additional charge.
