and built what would later become SYNCHUB
Blackball's experience allowed Ben to roll out a highly-scalable, multi-tenanted SaaS application in just a few days by adhering to the principle of Minimum Viable Product.
And because they had six months of customer requests for this exact system, SYNCHUB started making money from day one. Ben later estimated that this was the fifteenth SaaS he'd tried to build...but there was something extra special about this one that just felt right - but even he had no idea how big we'd become.
SYNCHUB went from strength to strength, growing quickly around the world and expanding to support over 70+ connectors. When the AI wave hit in 2023, SYNCHUB got another boost as it found itself perfectly positioned to provide the data that AI models rely on.
Ben still likes to spend his day doing what he loves - cutting code & drinking coffee - but you'll also find him out and about speaking at events and keeping his finger on the pulse doing customer support.
Most of the Blackball team migrated over to SYNCHUB as it grew, and we have a whole suite of new passionate staff helping to make SYNCHUB the best data-integration platform in the world.
