We currently sync Account, Balance transaction, Charge, Charge dispute, Credit note, Customer, Invoice, Payment intent, Payout, Plan, Price, Product, Charge refund, Subscription, Evidence, Credit note line item, Invoice line item and Subscription item (see our Data Model for full details). If there's something else you need just ask.
Your Stripe and QuickBooks Time data is stored in its own dedicated data warehouse, hosted in our Microsoft Azure Sydney Data Center. If you'd like it stored somewhere else (even your own servers), just enquire about our BYOD (bring-your-own-database) option.
Absolutely. Every customer gets their very own isolated data warehouse. Database credentials are salt-encrypted...multi-factor authentication can be activated for your account...we take security very seriously. You can read more about our security best practices here.
Because SyncHub is continuously syncing your Stripe and QuickBooks Time data to an offsite data store, you can also use our service to essentially maintain an up-to-date backup, in the event of a critical data failure or transfer to another system.
