First, let's get your data

![Freshdesk](https://www.synchub.io/i/logos/freshdesk.png) Looking to free your Freshdesk data? Good, you’ve come to the right place. ### Getting connected 1. Select **Connections** from the main menu 2. Click the **New** button 3. Select **Freshdesk** 4. Give it a name (this is especially useful if you’re creating multiple Freshdesk connections) 5. Authorise the connection by following the prompts to sign in to your Freshdesk account 6. Done. Now watch as SyncHub begins [retrieving your historical data](/kb/importingyourhistoricaldata?api=freshdesk). To connect multiple Freshdesk accounts, simply follow the steps above for each one. ### Available data tables SyncHub works by regularly querying each endpoint in the Freshdesk API, checking for new and modified data. For each endpoint, SyncHub produces a corresponding data table in your reporting tool. These are the data tables currently available: - Agent - Company - Contact - Email mailbox - Group - Product - Role - S l a policy - Ticket - Ticket conversation - Time entry - Company domain - Contact other phone number - Contact other company - Contact other email - Contact tag - Group agent - S l a policy target - S l a policy agent escalation - S l a policy applicable to company - S l a policy applicable to group - S l a policy applicable to source - S l a policy applicable to ticket type - S l a policy applicable to product - Ticket recipient - Ticket tag - Ticket custom field - Ticket conversation attachment - Ticket conversation recipient Need more data?
