Run management

Sometimes you need to see exactly how SyncHub is querying your Ordoro API. For this, we have provided our _Run management_ functionality. ### How it works The management window displays a list of all the runs SyncHub has attempted and information about them, including their length, sync period and outcome. At the bottom of the window is a bar chart showing a breakdown of the outcomes. This allows you to easily identify any issues your connections might be running into. Successes tend to vastly outnumber failures so there is also an option to exclude successful runs from the list. Clicking highlighted fields on the table or bars on the chart will filter the list by that field. ![](https://api.synchub.io/Media/RenderFile?&documentGuid=9da955d6-544a-4dc9-92ae-fb81cedd0887&clientID=4&) If you want even deeper information you can click on the one of the rows to see the full details for that run. From this window you can see an explanation of any errors that may have occurred as well as more deeper detail on the run. ![](https://api.synchub.io/Media/RenderFile?&documentGuid=f981e869-7714-449b-b902-d3140d844d3f&clientID=4&) ###How to access Simply click the summary at the top of your [dashboard](/kb/connectiondashboardsexplained?api=ordoro). ![](https://api.synchub.io/Media/RenderFile?&documentGuid=254d2cbb-2709-44bf-95de-63d3ca829a11&clientID=4&) You can also view your histories by clicking on the summary bars in your individual connection or endpoint dashboards while in [nerd mode](/kb/displaymodes?api=ordoro). This will open the run management window at the information relevant to that connection or endpoint. #### Read more about this feature on our [blog](https://blog.synchub.io/articles/api-run-management)
