Frequently asked questions

With SyncHub, you can create any report you like. This is because (unlike other reporting tools) we give you access to your raw Teamwork Desk data. If you don't already have a reporting tool, grab one of our recommended ones then use its standard Database Connector to connect to SyncHub and begin pulling down your data.
SyncHub can poll Teamwork Desk as frequently as every five minutes, however this capability may be limited by the amount of data you have and/or the type of plan you have with Teamwork Desk. SyncHub will (E)xtract your raw data from Teamwork Desk and (L)oad it into your data warehouse. We do not (T)ransform your data, however we do change its structure to the extent required to store it in a normalized, relational database so that you can report on it easily. If there's something else you need just ask.
Your Teamwork Desk data is stored in its own dedicated data warehouse, hosted in our Microsoft Azure Sydney Data Center. If you'd like it stored somewhere else (even your own servers), just enquire about our BYOD (bring-your-own-database) option.
Absolutely. Every customer gets their very own isolated data warehouse. Database credentials are salt-encrypted...multi-factor authentication can be activated for your account...we take security very seriously.
Because SyncHub is continuously syncing your Teamwork Desk data to an offsite data store, you can also use our service to essentially maintain an up-to-date backup, in the event of a critical data failure or transfer to another system. With our BYOD (bring-your-own-database) option, you can even have this data stored directly into your own database. Select your pricing plan to backup on-demand as required, or have SyncHub automatically backup every day in the background for you.
