With SyncHub, you can create any report you like. This is because (unlike other reporting tools) we give you access to your raw Teamwork Desk data. We currently sync Company, Customer, Custom field, Inbox, Tag, Ticket, Ticket activity, Ticket priority, Ticket source, Ticket status, Ticket type, Time log, User, Customer contact, Custom field option, Inbox user, Ticket custom field value, Ticket tag, Ticket message, Ticket task and Ticket custom field value option (see our Data Model for full details). If there's something else you need just ask.
Your Teamwork Desk data is stored in its own dedicated data warehouse, hosted in our Microsoft Azure Sydney Data Center. If you'd like it stored somewhere else (even your own servers), just enquire about our BYOD (bring-your-own-database) option.
Absolutely. Every customer gets their very own isolated data warehouse. Database credentials are salt-encrypted...multi-factor authentication can be activated for your account...we take security very seriously. You can read more about our security best practices here.
Because SyncHub is continuously syncing your Teamwork Desk data to an offsite data store, you can also use our service to essentially maintain an up-to-date backup, in the event of a critical data failure or transfer to another system. With our BYOD (bring-your-own-database) option, you can even have this data stored directly into your own database.
