Paychex connector

With SyncHub, you can create any report you like. This is because (unlike other reporting tools) we give you access to your raw Paychex data. SyncHub can poll Paychex as frequently as every five minutes, however this capability may be limited by the amount of data you have and/or the type of plan you have with Paychex. The best way to find out is to simply grab a free trial of SyncHub, connect Paychex, then see for yourself.

SyncHub will (E)xtract your raw data from Paychex and (L)oad it into your data warehouse. We do not (T)ransform your data, however we do change its structure to the extent required to store it in a normalized, relational database so that you can report on it easily. Data (T)ransforms, such as monthly rollups, are left to you as the report-writer.

Your Paychex data is stored in its own dedicated data warehouse, hosted in our Microsoft Azure Sydney Data Center. If you'd like it stored somewhere else (even your own servers), just enquire about our BYOD (bring-your-own-database) option.

Absolutely. Every customer gets their very own isolated data warehouse. Database credentials are salt-encrypted...multi-factor authentication can be activated for your account...we take security very seriously.

Because SyncHub is continuously syncing your Paychex data to an offsite data store, you can also use our service to essentially maintain an up-to-date backup, in the event of a critical data failure or transfer to another system. With our BYOD (bring-your-own-database) option, you can even have this data stored directly into your own database.
